This full survey is over 40 categories and then a survey of internal and external guest activities - so you'll have something like 50-60 checks when finished. Its a comprehensive job. About 5 hours - but on the upside, it's a powerful tool for increasing revenues by tuning up the website to appeal far better to your type of guest.
