We are going to use survey cards, ( Red Card Survey )  handed individually to guests at breakfast service.  Their three or four words will tell you what they did while staying.  You'll think you already know the answers, trust us, there are always surprises, shocks, and opportunities hiding in plain sight - we're just too close to see.

There are 'Action Lists' forms in the Red Card pack  to help with the collation of the information given by guests.  Typically no more than five key actions become obvious at this stage - typically two will be surprises.
